1.When Maurice Childs died Thalia colour photocopied all the family
photographs left in the house. She then gave copies of all of them then
shared the originals among the five children.
2. Spencer Childs had taken all the family photographs which should have been
shared among the five children,he was a photographer and was to have
developed the negatives and copied the originals.Both Lilian and Maurice
had this understanding with the five children.
He then sent Thalia CDs of some of the photographs, at no time were they
his property, he had taken them of the strict understanding with
Maurice and Lillian (when found out) that he would copy and share them
equally among the five children.
3. At no time was he in ownership undisputed of the originals.
4. At no time was he given an "assurance" about the photographs of the
generations.
5. All families have "family secrets", if only for medical reasons and
the Human Rights of the children they have an absolute right to know who
is their biological mother or father.
6. "Bright blaze of publicity" remember Jonathan Aitken, he harvested
what he sowed.
7. "This public space is far safer for me to make my points", it adds
another dimension to an important social document.
8. The rights of the male offspring to dictate family policy is long out
of date, and is unlawful under the Equal Rights Legislation and the
European Declaration of Human Rights.
9. Possession confers no copyright to property which should under the
terms of the wills should have been shared equaly among the five children.

A new onslaught was launched in July 2009 for six weeks which escalated daily with over 30 amendments in the first 15 days. becoming more & more abusive until it became intolerable and unacceptable.

Yes you ARE, the "old" family have not looked at the site for five years or followed any of the updates , so how can they make a judgement? Yes, you are especially 'MEAN SPIRITED' , you should be happy that extented lost family members have been in touch via the site. We have moved on .You and the "old" family have not. These new family members are keen to participate and contribute. All have had nothing but praise for the site and are delighted to read all the research we have carried out. If the "old" family had let us know what they had found objectional instead of being so obnoxious things could have been rectified years ago.

The rejection is reciprocated after all the rudeness and demands ...We have now ceased informing the "old" family of interesting new updates, only to be ignored and our messages thrown back into our faces. You have all been left behind.....For example you are all missing out from being in contact with the Goldsmith family throughout the world, such lovely caring and supportive people, horrified at what you have put Janice, Thalia and Ian through last summer. I should have taken the advice of older members of the family from the beginning and not have given any of you 'house room'

Adult Cyber Bullies

Adult bullies are unable to cope with their own lives and problems. They are easily intimidated and have strong feelings of jealousy and inadequacy. They are most always desperate to receive attention that they do not receive at home or in relationships. They seek to attempt to discredit those who are more knowledgeable, talented, educated, and/or influential. Even though many of them cognitively understand when they have behaved wrongly, they still wish to appear as though they are morally superior. They will insist that others have attacked them. They will lead a group to bandwagon, or gang up on a target with them, and seek to gain attention for themselves by any means possible, usually through humiliating their target. Although they can be charming, they are vindictive and manipulative liars. In an attempt to justify their behaviors, they will often defer to a higher authority, i.e. God, the law, the boss, important or influential people in society. They are unable to internalize their own behaviors and become angry and unreasonable when someone attempts to point out how they were wrong or how their behavior was unacceptable.

Cyber bullies are dangerous because they often start out as very friendly. However, upon gaining trust, they become increasingly aggressive and hostile to those in their circle of influence. They begin to target more people and begin to turn on people in their own group. Once they turn on people in their own circle, they have already accumulated personal information, from photos to addresses to full names, and are able to inflict serious personal and professional damage.

The abuse, bullying and emotional blackmail has been going on for years via emails ( on file ) and telephone calls but it is now totally unacceptable having been displayed in the public domain...........

The rival website using our domain name is registered and remains a threat
until 23 June 2011

The main users of .eu domains are websites with pan-European or cross-border intentions and audiences. It is often used to emphasise the 'European identity' of a website, as opposed to the website having a strictly national ccTLD or global "dotcom" nature.

When it's all said and done, there's is nothing you can do to prevent the downloading of images from a publicly accessible web site. After all, that is how a web page and all it's images are presented to the browser -- by downloading. Once the visitor can see your image on their screen it is already on their hard drive.

It is normally the done thing to credit any photo with the photographers name "

The fact that they (photos) are in the public domain and not used for commercial gain means in reality there is not much anyone can do about it!
